I experienced two separate warranty issues which require required, leaving my vehicle, and the service advisor put me in a loaner vehicle while the services were provided! I was kept aware of the maintenance progress via text, and it was done to my satisfaction! The one thing that surprise me was at the vehicle was not washed ahead of taking delivery back of my vehicle. I thought that was common practice.
