I wanted to take a moment to recognize James Bartley for the outstanding service he provided during my recent Chevy Trax lease. Great service in oil change and timely manner

I have a large family and currently have six regularly driven vehicles in my driveway. Everything from a 2002 Silverado to two 2025 Equinoxes. I have had the Vic Canever team do all of the maintenance/repairs on all my vehicles since 2002. I very recently had major work performed on my '13 Impala and my 02 Silverado. I knew some of the recent work would be challenging. I was a dealership technician prior to getting into engineering (in 1996). But these two vehicles are older, and the Silverado is especially rusty. I have complete confidence in leaving my vehicles in their hands, especially with folks Like Jim and Dan in that shop. They went above and beyond to fix my vehicles and fix them RIGHT. I know people will complain about cost and time, but that's the reality when dealing with cars. I'm thankful for the whole team there (including Jake, the Service Writer) for always working with me where they can on schedules, no up-selling, etc. I will continue my business relationship with these folks until they give me a reason not to. Thank you Vic Canever Service Department, I appreciate everything you've done for me.
