They tried twice to repair my truck. They billed me twice to repair the same problem. The same problem is back again. Been waiting on a call from the service manager.
Purchased a Chevy Trax for my son. Salesman, Marc Murray was checking on a second key for Trax. I called him for 2 months. He would not return my calls. I contacted Manager, Alex Mamot? He was very engaged and was going to call me back the next day. He was going to ‘take care of this.’ He never called back! This dealership was passionate about the sale but very lax on responsiveness and follow up. We don’t know if they ever found a key because we never heard back. We have moved on. I just hope this behavior is not the norm for this dealership.
I leased my new chevy trax in july and came in for my first free oil change. I am not one for reviews but I have to share my story. I was hesitant on leasing and I always purchasew my cars. scott was very patient with me while I test drove multiple vehicles and he went over my payment options which I liked. where my faith was restored in dealerships was when I sat down with the finance director julia, she took her time answering all of my many questions with a smile and really made me feel comfprtable with my new lease. i knew what to expect at the end and she went over options that i didnt even know were available for a lease. she explained everything with great detail, even I understood what was going on. i really recommend vic canver in fenton. ask for julia and scott!

When my car is in the shop there why should I go 567 days without knowing what's going on with it. Why didn't somebody call me to let me know exactly what was going on with my car? My car was in there for 2 weeks on two different occasions within 5 weeks. Nobody seemed to know what was going on with it. No loaner car available apparently. So I don't trust the service department to take care of my needs anymore.

I waited over 3 hours for an oil change and a radio reprogram, The radio stopped working before I exited the parking lot and would have turned around but I only have 1 day off a week and already had waisted half of it
I was apprehensive to use Vic Canever for a body shop repair due to quality issues on repairs of two previous vehicles (one of which was never resolved), but was assured last year after the purchase of my most recent vehicle that "things have changed and there's new management" and was asked to give them another chance. Reluctantly I did give Vic Canever another chance, only to be extremely disappointed. I had an issue where the headlight on my vehicle was misaligned and scraping the paint off my front fascia (a problem known by GM and documented with a service bulletin). The fix requires the technician to remove the front fascia, shim and adjust the headlights, and reattach the front fascia. During the repair process, the body shop technician managed to damage an aftermarket accessory I had installed on my vehicle (PPF), and also returned the car to me with the front fascia clearly misaligned with the front fenders, and trim material on the headlight protruding to the outside. I really don't want Vic Canever touching my vehicle again, so while I attempt to hopefully get my PPF repaired (~$100) instead of replaced (~$1,100), I also need to find a reputable body shop I can trust to not only fix my vehicle correctly, but also not damage it in the process. Apparently the third time here was not a charm, and I will not be returning to Vic Canever.
