When my car is in the shop there why should I go 567 days without knowing what's going on with it. Why didn't somebody call me to let me know exactly what was going on with my car? My car was in there for 2 weeks on two different occasions within 5 weeks. Nobody seemed to know what was going on with it. No loaner car available apparently. So I don't trust the service department to take care of my needs anymore.

I waited over 3 hours for an oil change and a radio reprogram, The radio stopped working before I exited the parking lot and would have turned around but I only have 1 day off a week and already had waisted half of it

I was apprehensive to use Vic Canever for a body shop repair due to quality issues on repairs of two previous vehicles (one of which was never resolved), but was assured last year after the purchase of my most recent vehicle that "things have changed and there's new management" and was asked to give them another chance. It has been years and you still get it wrong on who brought the car in. You keep sending me emails when my wife brings her auto in. You try to jam repairs thats not really need. Came in for an oil change and you try to push repairs for a lot of money. I am still not happy we you. I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. You charge me for the rotation. Had to bring my 2020 Silverado in for a check engine light. Unfortunately, it needed to come in again and again and finally a 4th time before they got the issue resolved. Good news is that Jeff got me a loaner without issue each time and apologized for the issue and thanked me for my patience.

I visited the dealership to have my 12 month free maintenance appointment. I was greeted promptly and the routine work was completed in about one hour. The dealership was clean and well organized.

The dealership is very clean. Everybody were working. There is very nice. They took care of my truck and did their tire rotation did a great job.

The move to charge costumers 3% for using a credit card was a surprise. The bigger surprise was that the 3% is AUTOMATICALLY added to the bill so I needed to ask to have it removed!!!

I was in and out in under an hour. I was happy about that. The service center did their work of rotating the tires and changing the oil.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. Scheduled service for oil change and tire rotation for my minor daughter. They conned her into a bunch of “recommended “ services that she didn’t need, took advantage of a 16 year old and then when the bill was astronomical, she was floored! Great service throughout the buying process. Very prompt and efficient with my time and requests.

November 1, 2023 had 4 wheel brake and fluid flush service on 2015 Equinox with 75,000 miles. Original brakes. Took vehicle back for pulse in pedal and softness in pedal on 5-30-2024 with 78,000 miles. Also had transmission fluid service and asked for quote to repair rocker panel surface rust on passenger side near front door at front fender. I received a call that the problem was rust got in it. I took a flight in to pick up a new truck ,I waited around there dealership about three hours asking them to plz speed this process up as I have a three hour plus drive home. The selling price and appointment was all set up days in advance.

I ordered a part for my Chevy vehicle through this dealership. The hardware I received was inadequate for the instillation. Additionally, the directs were missing steps and some instructions where backwards. When I brought this to their attention they gave me parts assistance number. Buyer Beware I purchased a 2017 Silverado for $25,000 and when purchase was complete I only have 1 key fob. It wasn’t disclosed in advance of the sale that the truck would only come with one. Ryan should have told me this. And now it’s going to cost me $240.00 dollars out of pocket. Shady dealer. Be careful they don’t get you too.

Purchased a 2008 Dodge Caliber from Scott Tell in Fenton. Within 75 miles we were having problems with the transmission. Called Scott and his response was turn the car off and back on. We have now had the vehicle about a month and it is in the transmission shop awaiting a new transmission at my expense.I will never buy from or recommend Vic Canever to anyone.

Mirror replace was quick and done in a quality manner. The cost was reasonable. No appointment was required and Matt ordered the mirror and painted on my word without a down payment. I like the trust factor.
