I have been meaning to send you and email on how pleased we are with our vehicle. From the first time we came in Glen offered us a vehicle to drive being we were down to one vehicle until our paperwork was completed for our new one, wow I was blown away by that one.
Then how we were treated when we came in to get our vehicle, happy with that.
Then when I bought the vehicle in to have some items fixed on the vehicle and Joe let me drive another traverse I was very shocked, happy, surprised! Chrysler would have just gave me a ride home!
Overall coming from owning Chrysler's we are extremely happy with our new Chevrolet and the service that Glen and Joe gave us. We will come see you when it is time for our next vehicle.
Oh and we even got a Christmas card from Joe, thank you!

Hello, my name is Steve L. My wife, Maria and I recently had the opportunity to purchase (2) used vehicles from your used car department. Joe Wagner and Jon Phillips provided outstanding customer service to us and essentially were the one reason that we decided not to wander various car lots looking for vehicles. For the first time, we actually enjoyed buying a car and it was because of Joe's and Jon's willingness to fly straight with us.
